Lemon Shrimp & Broccoli Pasta 🍋

Whole wheat pasta $1.75

Bone broth $3.65

Lemons $3.79

Shrimp (2 bags) $12.98 total

Broccoli $2.15

Parmesan $1.99

***already had olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & Italian seasonings

Total $26.31

Makes ~6 servings

$4.39 per serving


Directions:

1. Boil bone broth in a large pot, add pasta & cook until al dente

2. Dice onion, chop broccoli, peel & devein shrimp

3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add onion & shrimp, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings, & sauté for ~8 minutes, or until shrimp is fully cooked

4. Add pasta broth, lemon juice from 1 lemon & Parmesan cheese (measure with your heart) & combine

5. Steam broccoli in a separate pan (or steam it in the large pan used for the shrimp)

6. Add the pasta & broccoli to the pan with shrimp & top with lemon slices & more Parmesan cheese

7. Enjoy!!
