Lunch Prep: Mayo-Less Egg Salad 🥚

Ingredients:

4 large eggs

As much as you want for the rest:

Dill pickles

Dijon mustard

Avocado

Salt

Pepper


Directions:


1. Hard boil your eggs in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 250; allow them to chill for at least 2 hours

2. Peel & dice your eggs & add them to a medium bowl

3. Dice up the dill pickles & avocado & add them to the bowl along with the dijon mustard, salt, & pepper

4. Toast up your favorite bread (we used rye)

5. Enjoy!!
