OUR MISSION

We're constantly bombarded with messages of "healthy" living advice, weight loss "secrets," or the newest workout trends in the news or on social media. It's easy to feel lost, confused, and exhausted. We've been there, and we want to help. Our mission at Nutrition Empowered is to help you sort through the diet culture  and empower you to feel confident and in your control of your food choices.

As Registered Dietitians, we use research-backed practices to help you find the sustainable lifestyle that's best for you. With our guidance, you will rediscover your ability to conquer food fears and live a life unrestricted by food by trusting and listening to your body again. Our dietitians are Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned, and provide a safe space for humans in bodies of all sizes, because we know that weight is not equivalent to health. You deserve to feel your best in the body that you're in, and we want to help you get there! Our specialized nutrition programs are designed to meet you where you're at, and create specific, achievable action items to help you meet your goals.
